Overview
The Short Master in Advanced Supply Chain Management Program provides participants with a comprehensive method for addressing organizational capacities, strategic priorities, and business model alignment. Participants in the program will understand the various viewpoints on supply chain design, including supply chains as systems, digital possibilities and challenges, and the importance of human capital development in supply chains.
After completing the program, participants will understand the current state of affairs and construct a competitive supply chain process model and functional structure that fits organizational structure, company strategy, and other significant aspects.
