Course Overview
The Certified Broadcast Journalist (CBJ) program provides aspiring and current journalists with advanced, practical foundation in broadcast journalism. This recently launched course equips participants with industry-relevant skills needed to excel in television, radio, and digital media. The program covers essential areas, such as news writing, production, ethics, and multimedia storytelling. - Fundamentals of Broadcast Journalism

Crafting compelling stories, headlines, and segment structures suitable for TV, radio, and digital formats. - Multimedia Production Techniques
Hands-on training in audio and video editing, use of broadcast software, and digital production tools. - Field Reporting and Interview Skills
Developing techniques for live reporting, field interviews, and managing real-time reporting challenges. - Media Ethics and Legal Considerations
